Taylor was great but Raymond needs improvement
Billy Joel Legacy - Tribute was my second time seeing him in concert and it was amazing. I rate him 5/5. How he was able to perform with such excellence for over 3 hours nonstop, I don’t know.
My rating of 3/5 is solely based on the lack of communication about Gate A being access only for guests with floor seats and the gate entrance. I walked all the way around Raymond James stadium to get to Gate A because per the map at the front, my seats were closest to the top rather than Gate D shown at the bottom. I asked numerous employees outside where Gate A was located and was repeatedly told, “it’s all the way around the building.” Not one person told me it was restricted access for those only with floor seat tickets. I finally reached Gate A and had to turn around and walk all the way back to Gate D at the very front, resulting in me missing the first opener.
There was a speaker announcement, but it only stated, “floor seat guests enter on the west side.” It would have alerted everyone had they stated overhead that Gate A is the access only for floor seat ticket holders.
